Orders & Customer Accounts
Orders can be placed through this website - please visit our menu pages to select your meals. If you prefer to order by phone please do not hesitate to call us on 01786 357 560 and one of our friendly call handlers will be more than happy to assist you.
You can also email your order to us at email@example.com. Finally, we have an order form that can be given to your driver - please contact us or ask your driver for a copy.
Yes. For each delivery we ask for a minimum order of £15. Remember delivery is always free and you can order as and when you need to restock your freezer.
Online orders can be paid for by PayPal, debit/credit card or direct debit.
If you have access to email, the easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit - please get in touch and we can set this up for you.
Alternatively, our preferred payment method is by debit/credit card over the phone. Contactless payments help us adhere to social distancing guidelines, however we will accept cash or cheque on delivery in some circumstances.
Our drivers are not able to give change so we ask that customers have payment ready in a sealed envelope.
Delivery & Pick up
We deliver to all areas weekly and you will be allocated a set day and 3 hour time slot for your delivery.
To find out when your next delivery date is, please see the deliveries page or contact us and we will be happy to advise.
You are always very welcome to collect your order from our premises in Stirling.
Collection is available 9am until 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am until 3pm on a Friday.
Please use the Click and Collect option on our website or contact us by phone or email to place your order and arrange a collection time.
We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect.
Our meals are frozen in individual portions as soon as they have been prepared to lock in nutrition and flavour. They will be delivered to you by freezer van and should go straight into the freezer when you receive them.
Each meal is labelled with cooking instructions. Most meals can be cooked in the microwave or oven and do not need to be defrosted beforehand. Meals with the Df symbol require defrosting.

If you prefer to order by phone or email our usual opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4pm on a Friday.
You can phone our team during these hours or you can leave your order as a voicemail recording out with these times.
We kindly ask that you place your order no later than 2pm on the day before your delivery. Please note we close over the Christmas period and customers will be contacted about any changes to their delivery schedule.
The ingredients for each of our meals are listed within the meal information. The allergens for each are written in capital letters to highlight them.
If you are looking for vegetarian and/or gluten free meals then you can filter meals to view just the ones items that meet your dietary requirements. If you have any other dietary requirements please contact us and we will answer any questions that you may have. Unfortunately we do not currently have nutritional information available for our meals, however this is something that we are currently working towards.
