Refund policy
Returns
We cannot accept returns of perishable items, however if there is a problem with any of your meals or with the service that you have received please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue. If necessary, we will be able to issue you with a refund, replacement or credit on your account. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your refund has been approved or rejected, we will notify you by phone or email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If your refund has not been received within 7 days please contact us and we will check the status of your refund. We may ask you to contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
