377 Clootie Dumpling
This iconic Scottish pudding first appeared on our menu last Christmas and quickly became a favourite. Thanks to popular demand, it’s back again! This pudding, made with dried fruit, apple, suet and warming spices, was traditionally steamed in a “cloot” (cloth) to give it it’s unique texture. We’ve served ours with vanilla custard and the combination is heavenly!
