314 Pulled Jackfruit with Sticky BBQ Sauce

The same dish as above but we’ve swapped the pork for jackfruit. Jackfruit has a lovely ‘meaty’ texture and looks very similar to the pulled pork when combined with the BBQ sauce - definitely worth a try if you’d like to try something new.
