358 Orzo Pasta with Aubergine & Tomato
Orzo is a very small pasta, similar in appearance to rice, and we love it because each grain becomes coated in tasty sauce, giving a really flavoursome dish. We’ve created a rich tomato sauce, flavoured with oregano and thyme, mixed with the orzo pasta, roasted aubergine and Grana Padano cheese, and topped with grated mozzarella.
