Haggis, neeps and tatties is one of our most popular main-menu dishes, so we thought we’d try another haggis dish for a bit of variety. We’ve served haggis with peppercorn sauce and a delicious root vegetable mash, made from sweet potato, carrot, celeriac and swede. This dish is also available with vegetarian haggis so everybody can try this heart-warming treat – perfect for a cold winter’s evening.
