375 Trout Parcel with Lemon & Dill
This trout parcel was such a hit last year, we couldn’t resist bringing it back. Lightly salted sea trout with cream cheese, spinach, dill and lemon, encased in light and flaky puff pastry - this is an exceptional dish and definitely worth the wait if you’re cooking it in the oven (or the airfryer if you’re feeling fancy).
